Marian put a great deal of time and effort in working with us to prepare our home to go on the market as we had to relocate to San Francisco for work.
She must have set a record with her strategy and approach...getting a full price offer after only 2 hrs on the market!!
Out of the six realtors that we have used over the years in both buying and selling, she was, by far, our favorite. Marian exceeded all of our expectations (which we know are high) and made a stressful time extremely easy with all her support.
We really appreciated Marian's efforts in making our relocation go as smoothly as possible.

I can't say enough good things about Marian. She patiently devoted tremendous amounts of time to me over a 1.5 year period to find the place of my dreams. I was very particular and it was a tough market, but ultimately we found the perfect place for me. Her patient and diligent approach made what could have been a frustrating experience a pleasant one.
When it came time to sell, Marian's keen advice had my place sold for asking in 3 days!!! I was delighted to say the least.

She never tried to sell me something that wasn't appropriate for my budget or taste. I bought early-pre-construction in November 2000 and I've been happily occupying the unit since September 2003. Marian also did a stellar job in the negotiations and put me in touch with a lawyer and a mortgage specialist that made the transaction really easy. True one-stop shopping!
